Register Interest

If the Madrasah does not have space or if the applicant is outside our catchment area, we will notify you via email. 


Step 2

Assessment 

If the Madrasah has space, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time to assess your child/ren. Assessments are necessary for all new or in-year applicants, except new admissions for Year 2 Boys and Girls. 


Step 3

Acceptance

Following a successful assessment, an applicant will be offered a place based on the assessor’s recommendation.

Step 4

Completing your application

Upon acceptance of an offer, the following documents must be printed and brought into the Madrasah office. Please note that we will only admit your child once all paperwork is fully completed and returned.

1) Application form – Please click here to download

2) Proof of Address – Please bring the original document and your copy of the Proof of address, such as a utility bill or a driver’s license. 

3) Proof of Photographic ID (for the child) – Bring the original and a copy of either a passport or any official document that has your child’s most recent picture. 

Step 5

Start date  

New Year 2 Boys and Girls applicants will begin one day ahead of the new academic year – This day is for pupils to settle in before the remainder of the Madrasah resumes after the summer holidays. 

A start date will be provided to you subject to all our criteria being met and only once we have received all supporting documents
